Shipping units

Shipping is estimated by box count and shipping-unit rules. Final shipping is recalculated when the order is created.

Optional insurance

Buyers can add transit insurance during checkout. Customs-stage resend support is reviewed under the order-specific insurance terms.

24+ box waiver

When an order qualifies by box count, selecting insurance can also waive the standard shipping charge according to the checkout calculation.

Insurance rule: when goods have entered customs and an unknown issue prevents the buyer from receiving the shipment, resend support is handled under the confirmed insurance terms for the specific order.
